Established in 1973, International Cross-Cultural Committee (ICC) is an international study consulting company, the headquarters located in Tokyo, offering an array of international exchange programs. ICC's commitment to excellence, and unique approach to exchange study programs earned the trust of over one thousand participants annually.

ICC's extensive network allows the most complete support system to provide timely and effective services throughout the entire process of their study. Japan's ICC offices at six locations including Tokyo headquarters, allows potential participants to receive personal counseling sessions and application services to educational institutions.

ICC's on-site offices at four locations, Seattle, London, Melbourne and Auckland offer help to students during their stay in every aspect including homestay, life abroad, cultural differences and possible difficulties or setback with English to maintain positive experiences. Local office staff also communicates closely with our partner institutions to guarantee smooth operation of study programs.

ICC have supported from high school students, university students, working professionals, to the retired. The tremendous number of former students we took care became a person who can think and act globally. They contribute to international community with their ability obtained through our programs.
