In regard to ICC Websites and all contents within, which include photos, images, music, sound and any other copyright-subject work (hereinafter referred collectively as the contents), the copyright belongs to ICC, original author(s) and/or any other copyright owner(s).

It is prohibited to copy, publicly transmit, amend, delete, transfer to one’s own website or commit any other similar act concerning Information Contents without prior written approval of ICC, original author(s) and/or other copyright owner(s) except in case of printing or keeping the contents for personal use or other cases permitted under the Copyright Law. Those intending to do any of the above are requested to contact ICC in advance to acquire relevant approval thereof. However, it is possible that ICC may refuse to approve such use when Information Contents include copyrighted work, trade marks, etc. of a third party, or in any other case which ICC considers inappropriate.

When using any of the contents after obtaining approval of ICC, the ownership of the copyright should be indicated as instructed by ICC, and this indication of the copyright cannot be altered or deleted without prior consent of ICC.

Private Information Protection Policy

Private information that is colleted by ICC, is to be used only for the following purposes:

- To contact customers to provide company's programs or services that are related to its programs

- To offer information related to services that are specifically inquired by customers

ICC may use private information in such a way that would not disclose personal identity for the purpose of obtaining statistical data.

Private information that is collected by ICC, including information related to past communication with ICC and use of ICC's services, is not to be sold, rented to, or shared with other parties except under the following circumstances:

- Responding to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims

- In case that an individual and or public's life, health and property may be threatened

- Having established an agreement with an individual or a group

- Information is used in a way that would not disclose personal identity

- Contacting ICC's business partners in order for ICC to assist customers or provide services properly

The Cookies system is used for ICC Websites. The information exchanged for this system is used only to confirm the computer systems for visiting the site or authentication of the site visitor. No information leading to the identification of the individual is included. The purpose of this system is to improve the traffic to ICC Websites, and to collect number of access, page view, and the collected information does not contain any information that disclose personal identity. By setting the preferences on Web browsers, individuals can refuse the cookie, or use the settings to display a message before accepting the cookie. Individuals are able to browse ICC Websites even if the cookie is refused.

If the disclosure of the private information is requested, it is provided to that individual(s) only after the necessary agreement process to ensure the protection of the information. If an error is found on the disclosed information, only the subject individual(s) may request to correct or delete the information.

The information received by ICC may be shared with other firms only after ensuring the companies have a reliable security policy in place.

Private information that ICC collects is based on an agreement with customers and clients. If, however, an individual chooses not to provide the necessary private information, he or she may not receive ICC's services.
