Founder's Message
International Cross-cultural Committee (ICC) is a Tokyo- based study abroad consulting company. ICC has provided long-term and high-quality study abroad programs for students and working professionals who want to study seriously and develop themselves outside Japan.
ICC was established back in 1973, as a former ICC's body, Nippon Cultural Broadcasting Study Abroad Committee. Since then, 5 domestic and 4 overseas branch offices have come on board, and ICC supported about 800 students and working professionals a year for more than 30 years. We at ICC have supported from high school students, university students, working professionals, to retired. The tremendous number of former students we took care became a person who can think and act globally. They contribute to international community with their ability obtained through our programs.
ICC has represented many educational institutions of English-speaking countries and maintained relationships with them as a reliable business partner. In order to continue to nurture talents of our students, ICC is interested in working with high schools, vocational schools, universities and language schools that provide high-quality educational programs.
