ICC operates Japan's largest high school placement service in Australia and New Zealand and more than 1500 students went to high schools in those countries through ICC over the past 10 years. We focus on not only placing students but also maintaining extensive care during their study overseas.
With the support from about 70 local advisors who live in the distance within 30 minutes from each student’s homestay and experienced counselors in Japan, we provide students with best-suited environment to study and experience foreign culture and life. More than 95 percent (data in 2004) of them successfully graduated and moved onto the post secondary education in many countries (ex. Australia, NZ, USA, UK, Japan). This outcome is also attributed to our support-network of academic advisors who are expertise to each countries so that students can talk to them depending on which countries they like to go after graduation.

1. U.S.A
Since there are many colleges and universities in the United States and the types and features vary, ICC finds an institution that is best suited to each student’s need, conditions and desire. This program targets mainly high school students who are seeking undergraduate degree in the U.S. We limit the number of clients to 50 annually to give them personal attention. We also provide 7-10 months TOEFL preparation course for students who’s English is limited. This course is customized by affiliation with University of Washington and it includes ICC’s original correspondence course for basic grammar, online English program of UW and actual attendance at UW’ ESL program.
2. Australia and New Zealand
Over many years, ICC has developed partnership with some of the highly regarded universities as registered agent, including Australian National University, Melbourne University and other prestigious institutions. With the long-term accomplishment, we provide objective and detailed information to our clients. Postsecondary study-abroad in Australia and New Zealand has been getting more popular in Japan, however, the accessible information from individuals is still limited compared to U.S or U.K. Therefore, ICC has been playing an important role providing expertise to the prospective students.

Australia has been a popular destination to study Graduate program and some data shows more than 10% increase of Japanese undergraduate/graduate students annually. ICC is one of the few agencies that can provide full support for Graduate School placement to Australia in Japan. In partnership with ten institutions listed in this page, the application process for them can be sped up since we have the contacts to get their questions and answers. We are also able to help application for other institutions on student's demand. In addition, we provide valuable opportunity by organizing a seminar or interview at which graduate school representatives and prospective applicants can meet and we work as a bridge between them.
